’25 By 25 INITIATIVE FOR FEMALE MANAGERS LAUNCHED!

’25 BY 25′ INITIATIVE LAUNCHED!

As the largest female club in Staffordshire we always looking to get more females involved in managing teams as well as playing. We current have 10 teams managed by women, equating to 15% of all our teams.
We are now launching our ’25 by 25′ initiative. We want 25% of all our teams to be managed by women by the end of 2025!
We are committed to this challenge and will carry out numerous initiatives over the next few months to achieve this – we want to make this aspiration an achievement!

To start the journey we are delighted to be hosting an event for Staffordshire FA as detailed below: –

A workshop designed to encourage and support more female volunteers/coaches within football, perfect for those yet to make up their minds whether to get involved or have just started out.
Monday 2nd October, 6-8pm @ Wyrley Juniors
Any parents, carers, siblings, young people potentially looking to get involved in football, this is this workshop for you!
